The woman I spoke with, Clarissa, answered all of my questions, provided quotes for a partial washing and full washing, explained the pressure washing process, and was extremely helpful in getting me an appointment at a convenient day and time that fit my schedule. The technician, André Jr., was outstanding! He arrived on time, reviewed the work that I wanted to have done, and confirmed the price I’d been quoted before starting the job. After he finished the work, he made sure I was happy (and I was! :)) before finalizing the paperwork/payment. I had a great experience from start to finish. Sure Shot will be my first call the next time I need my house pressure washed.
