A contractor friend recommended Andre to me. Even though I called outside of business hours, Andre took my call, inquiring re d about the scope of my request, provided a quote and agreed to perform the service WITHIN TWO HOURS! I was so pleasantly surprised - especially after having requested a quote from another power washing service and not receiving a response to my request for almost a week. But thanks to Andre’s diligence and great service orientation, getting the house power washed was checked off the list the same day I called him. An example of the service orientation mentioned above is that Andre discussed my request via FaceTime and gave me the opportunity to show him areas of concern or things that I had questions about. He talked with me for over 15 minutes and assured me that he would scrub those areas BY HAND. I’ve never had power washing done before and don’t know if this is standard but I was impressed by this as well. Service like this is difficult to come by and I sincerely appreciate Andre literally going out of his way (from Bowie to north of Baltimore) to power wash our house. Power washing is what Andre does and has done for over 25 years. But how he does it is what sets him apart. That’s the “Sure” part of Sure Shot.
